North Korea invited the South Korean military talks



To resume negotiations in the military sphere between the DPRK and the Republic of Korea proposed that North Korea's official, said Thursday the U.S. broadcaster CNN referring to South Korean media. According to CNN, this initiative demonstrates the DPRK to ease tensions on the border of both countries, according to Interfax. 



North Korea proposed Thursday South Korea to hold working talks of the armed forces of both countries.
The proposal was sent north to the existing military communication lines at border crossings Panmunjom in the demilitarized zone, where the main contact between the military of both Koreas.
In these negotiations, Pyongyang is offering to discuss the South Korean nongovernmental organizations launched air probe with propaganda leaflets, as well as a review of inter-Korean maritime border in the Yellow Sea, which performs the role of the so-called northern boundary line (SRL).
Official Seoul is now studying a proposal to the DPRK.
