Oracle has filed a lawsuit against Google




Oracle has sued Google, accusing the company of violating copyright and patent rights, reports MarketWatch. The lawsuit seeks a Californian District Court in Northern California.
In Oracle believe that Google is in the development of mobile operating system Android is constantly and deliberately used intellectual property associated with the programming language Java. The representative of Oracle has already stated that the purpose of the claim - to take measures to protect against further violations.
